We sign a mutual NDA and a GDPR data processing agreement before any work begins.

Work inside your systems

We work in your Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or practice software using named individual logins, so your data stays in your systems.

Controlled access

We use multi-factor authentication and only the access each job needs. Access is removed as soon as work ends.

Confidential by design

Every team member signs a confidentiality agreement and receives data protection training.

Certification

We are committed to achieving Cyber Essentials certification and are working towards it.

Professional oversight

All work is supervised by an FCCA-qualified UK principal. Your firm keeps responsibility for final review, sign-off and filing.
